Stephanie took over as Managing Director of Lumleys in May 2008 when they joined Greycoat Placements. She is also Managing Director of Greycoat Placements and has been with the company since 1998.

Claire has over ten years experience in hospitality covering everything from managing kitchens to weddings and large events. Claire is closely involved with the training and assessing of Lumleys staff and on-site client liaison as well as the day to day placement of temporary and short-term staff together with Ella.

Ella has previous experience in catering for both private and corporate clients cooking all around England, Scotland and Internationally. Ella is based in the London office and covers all of the short-term and temporary placements together with Claire.

Cindy joined Lumleys in 1986 and established Lumleys Scotland in 1992. Working part-time, she specialises in placing cooks all over Scotland and has an extensive knowledge of the Scottish market.

Rebecca comes from a catering background and has previous experience as a private chef. Her role is to support the Lumleys team and to ensure the office runs smoothly.
