Stephanie took over as Managing Director of Lumleys in May 2008 when they joined Greycoat Placements. She is also Managing Director of Greycoat Placements and has been with the company since 1998.
email StephanieClaire has over ten years experience in hospitality covering everything from managing kitchens to weddings and large events. Claire is closely involved with the training and assessing of Lumleys staff and on-site client liaison as well as the day to day placement of temporary and short-term staff together with Ella.
email ClaireElla has previous experience in catering for both private and corporate clients cooking all around England, Scotland and Internationally. Ella is based in the London office and covers all of the short-term and temporary placements together with Claire.
email EllaCindy joined Lumleys in 1986 and established Lumleys Scotland in 1992. Working part-time, she specialises in placing cooks all over Scotland and has an extensive knowledge of the Scottish market.
email CindyHannah has a background of working in hospitality as well as recruitment. She looks after the Permanent Chefs and manages our Ski Season opportunities.
email HannahRebecca comes from a catering background and has previous experience as a private chef. Her role is to support the Lumleys team and to ensure the office runs smoothly.
email RebeccaNicci is responsible for the overall running of the Lumleys and Greycoat offices as well as coordinating the administration and accounts for Greycoat Academy.
email NicciSarah is a qualified accountant and has worked within the Empresaria Group of Companies for many years. Sarah co-ordinates all our staff payroll plus financial account management.
email SarahTracy has responsibility for all the marketing and advertising and is based in the London office on Mondays.
